"We have until March 20, on a statewide basis, to count the absentee ballots that come in by that date," she said. "Rather than count them one or two at a time as they come in, we are going to count them all in time for the March 20 deadline. The 78th District that the (Lorraine) O'Donnell and (Pat) Haggerty race is in has 287 absentee ballots out. |
